As we informed you in the last edition of our newsletter, we are in the process of creating a trading entity in Germany. It has taken longer than we’d hoped, not least to ensure we will fully comply with all legal and tax obligations both in Germany and the UK. We’re sure you appreciate this is to some extent a moving target in the current situation, as we don’t know how any future agreements and regulations will affect us. We can confirm, however, that we are creating a German company called IPI Europe GmbH. We have already signed agreements for office and warehouse facilities in Herten, Germany and are in the process of shipping over stock. This will enable IPI Global to continue to deliver those goods within the EU with no duty or import VAT, until such time as IPI Europe is fully functional. We will keep you updated on progress.
